Requirements

We are looking to acquire logistics and industrial assets in the UK, Western and Northern Europe, including Germany, Benelux, France, Spain and Northern Italy.

We are also looking to acquire UK offices with a focus on London, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester and the Thames Valley.

We will consider portfolio transactions as well as individual asset deals.
