Prior to establishing Staybrook, Adrian spent 16 years at CBRE where his roles included being Managing Director of UK Regions and the Managing Director of the National Team. He has also been a member of the UK Exco and part of CBRE’s Global Leadership Programme.

Adrian joined CBRE following the sale of his successful niche Investment and Asset Management business GSD where he was Managing Director.

Adrian has more than 30 years experience in real estate across all sectors; and has advised a number of the UK’s leading developers, property companies, family offices, institutions and private equity on their investment strategies, equity raising, joint venture agreements, acquisitions and disposals.
