Teresa Dyer

Founder, COO & Investor Relations

Prior to establishing Staybrook, Teresa was a co-founder and former Board Member of M7 Real Estate, where she played a pivotal role in the company’s growth from 2008 to 2023. Teresa served as Chief Operating Officer from 2019 to 2023. During her time with M7, Teresa was instrumental in the development of the platform, and prior to her COO role, set up and ran the investor relations team and was involved with capital raising.

Before establishing M7, Teresa served as a Board Member at GPT Halverton, held senior positions at Invesco Real Estate (Parkes & Company) and worked as a Senior Associate at PwC.

Teresa has over 30 years’ experience in the industry and her expertise is particularly strong in the logistics and retail warehouse sectors.
